Senior Care Conference

Senior-Care conferences are regular nationwide and regional events, organized in the form of conferences, educational sessions, training courses, and workshops. They are dedicated to individuals, institutions, and entities involved in senior care, with particular emphasis on the needs of long-term care facilities throughout the country. A group of scientists, experts, and practitioners cooperating with the Senior-Care Foundation, representing broadly understood gerontology and related fields, share their knowledge and experience with conference and workshop participants. To date, 16 such projects have been completed. Seven nationwide: Senior-Care Conference in Trzebnica 2019, Senior-Care Conference in Gdańsk 2020, Senior-Care Conference in Ciechocinek 2021, Senior-Care Conference in Wrocław 2022, Senior-Care Conference in Poznań 2023, Gdańsk 2024, and Łódź 2025, as well as nine regional conferences in Łódź (twice), Brzeg Dolny, Kraków, Dźwirzyno, Babice Nowe, Kowal, Szczyrk, and again in charming Trzebnica. A total of over 6,000 people involved in senior care in an academic or professional capacity took part in all these events. All such events, organized by the Senior-Care Foundation, are recommended by the National Chamber of Nursing Homes KIDO (www.kido.org.pl) and supported by the National Register of Nursing Homes KRDO (www.krdo.pl).

ORTOPIEZOMETR A modern shoe insert for testing the foot plantar pressure in natural conditions.

About our solution

The measurement insoles can be placed in any type of sports footwear. They are manufactured from materials optimized for cooperation with polymer pressure sensors, while ensuring user comfort and proper hygiene.

Benefits

Wide accessibility due to the relatively low cost of the device

Ease of use - sensor calibration performed during the manufacturing procesS Capability to integrate with telemedicine systems

Simultaneous measurement of both feet

Wireless communication between the insole transmitters and the data receiver

Principle of Operation

The system utilizes eight pressure sensors positioned in key anatomical areas of the foot, enabling precise measurement of ground reaction forces during successive phases of gait, in accordance with its biomechanics. The collected data allow assessment of body weight transfer and left-right load symmetry, helping to identify potential gait and posture disorders. By comparing results obtained before and after rehabilitation, the system also enables an objective evaluation of rehabilitation effectiveness.

How to choose Products for Hotels and Spas? A Business Perspective on Investment Decisions

Choosing products for hotel and spa facilities is rarely just an aesthetic decision. It's a strategic choice that impacts operational efficiency, costs, guest experience, long-term investment profitability, and opportunities to differentiate yourself from the competition.

This meeting won't be a product catalog, but rather a decision roadmap - illustrating that in the world of professional wellness, the most expensive choice is often the one that initially seemed cheapest. Participants will be invited to reflect on key aspects of selecting solutions for public facilities:

 reliability and durability of technology

safety and hygiene of wellness areas under heavy use

staff training and intuitiveness for guests, quality of experience that translates into reviews and returning guests

online promotion opportunities and legal frameworks (case study)

 Why is it worth attending?

This is not just a presentation of best practices and proven technologies, but above all, a glimpse into the future of your business model—and inspiration on how to make it more profitable, efficient, and resilient to daily operational challenges.
