“We specialize in the evacuation of people with special needs and are a Polish manufacturer of evacuation equipment. We assess the organization of the trade fair positively. There is clear interest not only in medical topics but also in our solutions. We speak with clients about how to safely evacuate or transport patients and we generate valuable contacts, which is why we definitely recommend participating in this type of event. The most important factor for us is strong attendance, as it increases the chances of reaching people who are genuinely interested in our offer and allows for more detailed conversations. We also notice that the fair is primarily focused on building relationships and establishing business contacts, which from our perspective is very valuable. We have not yet made a decision about participating in the next edition, however we believe that companies that want to develop their offer and build brand awareness should be present at this type of event, especially since it is well-targeted to the industry.”

“Since 1991, the company has been producing equipment supporting the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers - anti-bedsore mattresses, sliding sheets, mattress covers, and positioning devices. All of these solutions were presented at the trade fair. Before the event, everything was well prepared. As for our stay on-site, everything went very smoothly - quickly and neatly prepared, exactly as we wanted. The most important aspect for us is a large number of visitors, especially those with whom we can have professional conversations. There were attendees with whom we could hold concrete discussions; both sides knew what they were aiming for, which will likely generate sales for us in the future. We have already registered for the next edition of the fair and will definitely participate next year as well as in other events at Ptak Warsaw Expo.”

“We mainly exhibit furniture, as this is our core product - we have been producing Polish furniture for 34 years. Everything was perfectly prepared. It is clean, and the overall impression is very refined and modern. Every detail, including the service and the people visiting the event, was at a high level - everything was truly perfect. The most important thing for us is the contact with the organizers and the staff. If the cooperation runs smoothly, as it did here, we know we will gladly return and feel comfortable in this environment. The stand arrangement and prepared materials are also important, but the key element is the human connection that we experienced here. We have already signed up for the next edition of the trade fair.”
